The passion for starting to host these retreats started with the idea of sharing the backcountry experience in the winter, with our guests. Alenka comes from a mountain family, she grew up exploring Patagonian mountains and ranges of the Alps in Europe. Her dad, Klemen Mali is a professional mountain guide. He is based out of BC but guides in Patagonia every winter!
